Presenter John Martin has the Delta Variant of COVID-19, these are the symptoms

Presenter John Martin Tumbel reported that he was exposed to the Delta variant of COVID-19. He conveyed this news on Sunday, 27 June 2021 through his personal Instagram account @itsjohnmartihnt. In his upload, John explained the symptoms he was experiencing.

"CHARACTERISTICS OF COVID DELTA Cha Eun Woo's version!!! The first Friday the body wasn't feeling well, a bit hot. Saturday the nose was stuffy, started to runny, the body was weak (like anemia)," wrote John Martin on Instagram.

He said his body temperature increased slightly at night. He also had a dry cough the next day. Suspicious of these symptoms, he took cold medicine and vitamins.

"The flu this time is suspicious, because it doesn't have a sore throat. If you're tired, your tonsils are usually swollen, this isn't it. And if you don't sleep well at night, you wake up restless," he wrote.

Day by day the condition of his body showed symptoms of anosmia. John told me that he started not being able to smell perfume. Finally, the presenter from Pekalongan immediately did a PCR test and was positive for COVID-19 with CT 15 results.

"ANYTHING IF you have the flu & the symptoms are in installments, for example: fever first, the next day a cough, the next day it suddenly feels sore, the next day a cold. So those are the signs," he added.

Although positive, John is grateful that he is only experiencing mild symptoms. He said that his symptoms had become less severe because he had been vaccinated with the first dose.

"Fortunately, I got the first vaccine, so only mild symptoms.. Those who haven't been vaccinated, come on... for those who don't believe in covid19, save it first, don't believe it, how come you die... after the vaccine, don't believe it anymore, it's okay. It's important to live first, right," he said.
